Eastmount Developments
This project involves approx. 74 high end semi and detached houses. Project involves all groundworks: ESB and fibre optic cable installation, drainage, kerbing, footpaths, water connections, paving, and landscaping

College Square/Apollo House
Works involved the excavation and rock breaking of Thrust blocks and installation of Props.

Feenagh GWS
Feenagh GWS
Watermain Upgrade
This Project involves the upgrade of 50mm Hydrodrate watermain to 110mm HDPE main on the R470.
Co. Wexford
Wexford Primary Care Centre
A Two Phase project based in the Wexford Primary Care Centre. Phase one included the removal of substantial quantities of rock over the entire footprint of the new building while also removing and disposing of Japanese Knotweed. The works also involved construction of a new car park as well as connecting new facility to existing services, pedestrian and vehicle access roads, landscaping and boundary treatments.
On Completion of phase 1, the next phase of works included the removal of Asbestos and the demolition of the existing HSE Healthcare centre and thus creating additional carpark spaces for HSE staff.
Co. Limerick
Limerick Primary Health Care Centre
This project involved construction of primary care centre with overall floor area of 1,700m2. The centre is a two story building. Works included connection to existing services, pedestrian, vehicle access roads and new car park.
Co. Kildare
Kilcock Primary Health Care Centre Kildare
This project involved construction of primary health care centre with an overall floor area of approximately 2,500m2. Works included connection to existing services, pedestrian, vehicle access roads, car park and landscaping areas.
Co. Limerick
Kilmeedy Watermain Rehabilitation Project
These works included 1200m of old pvc and cast iron watermain. The watermain was installed by pipe bursting, directional drilling and lay. Open cut technique was also used on a small portion of this project. These works were carried out to a high standard and in line with Limerick County Council and Irish Water standards.
Co. Clare
Cahercalla Road Ennis Watermain Rehabilitation Project
The work took place along R475 and included the design and construction of approximately 900m of old PVC and aged cast iron watermain. The new watermain was installed by cut open trenching and lay. A large majority of these works were carried out under extensive traffic management in order to minimise disruption to the traffic.
Hospital, Co. Limerick
Main Street, Hospital Watermain rehabilitation project
These works took place along Main St Hospital and adjoining roads nearby. These works involved approx. 2000m of the installation of distribution and trunk of HDPE watermains. The watermain was installed by open cut technique, a small percentage was HDD technique and by pipe bursting. A large number of services and connections were replaced.
Ennis, Co. Clare
Culverts Repairs Ennis O’Connell Street
These works involved the extensive repair to culverts in O’Connell Street, Ennis Co Clare. The works were carried out by night to minimise traffic disruption. A traffic diversion system was in place during the duration of works.
Co. Dublin
Esb upgrade, Rathmichael
These works involved the upgrade of Esb line from single phase to three phase into Hillfield estate, Rathmichael Co Dublin. A extensive traffic management system was in place throughout the duration of the works. On completion of works, the existing road was reinstated back to its original state. During these works we liaised directly with Dun Laoghaire county council and Esb networks.
Co.Galway
Craughwell Watermain Project
Installation of new 12.5km trunk watermain which was part of 21km project. This project was carried out by open cut technique. Road plaining was used for top 300mm of Asphalt prior to excavation of the main road . An extensive traffic management system was in place throughout the duration of the works. This project included for installation of scour chambers and sluice valves off line. Due to the size of main, a number of highly experience pipe layers were involved throughout the installation the main. All testing was carried out by Beechwood Civil in house. On completion of works, all roads were reinstated.
Co. Clare
Shannon IAA Ballygireen
This project involved construction of Weather tight building for Shannon Avaition centre. Works included connection to existing services, pedestrian, vehicle access roads and new car park. The works also involved for deep drainage, piling, petrol inspector, attenuation tank, all steel and concrete formwork.
Various Locations
Utility works various locations
These projects involved fibre optic ducting and chamber installations in various locations Galway, Wexford, Portlaoise, Limerick, Clare, Cork etc. These works would include for installation of ducting along major pedestrian and carriageways routes. Traffic and pedestrian management plays a major role in these works from the excavation to reinstatement works as the majority of works is carried out in high density populated areas.
Sutton, Co,Dublin.
Warren Lodge
Works carried out at Warren Lodge, Sutton as follows. Removed pier cap, Cut out section around pole and re set cap in appropriate position. Changed F/H and S/V plates and replace with Irish water specifications. Installed 2 no. marker posts as per Irish water specifications. Grouted up and make good around recessed name plate on pier. Removed and installed new tactile paving at both sides of entrance to estate.
