Craughwell Watermain Project

Installation of new 12.5km trunk watermain which was part of 21km project. This project was carried out by open cut technique. Road plaining was used for top 300mm of Asphalt prior to excavation of the main road . An extensive traffic management system was in place throughout the duration of the works.

This project included for installation of scour chambers and sluice valves off line. Due to the size of main, a number of highly experience pipe layers were involved throughout the installation the main. All testing was carried out by Beechwood Civil in house. On completion of works, all roads were reinstated.
